With 12 years as a Realtor and more than 20 years of personal real estate experience, Christine Edwin brings a unique, hands-on perspective to every transaction.
Alongside her husband, Christine has bought, sold, rented, and renovated more than 70 properties throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Her experience spans everything from major renovations to move-in-ready homes, including construction, design, and staging.
This firsthand knowledge allows Christine to offer her clients valuable insight when pricing a home, evaluating a property, preparing an offer, or negotiating the best possible deal. She has helped first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, investors, and clients navigating estates, short sales, and REOs.
Christine believes real estate is about more than buying or selling a property—it’s about understanding her clients’ goals and helping them make confident, informed decisions.
A Cheltenham High School graduate, Christine attended Penn State University and Liberty University and earned her Master’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
Christine lives in Plymouth Meeting with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing games, biking, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
